WHEN YOU CALL AND NOBODY WANTS TO TALK TO YOU

An exceptionally talented actor and musician, New York rapper, Saiah is known for his many roles in both independent (indie) cinema as well as mainstream television. His acting reel features prominent roles as well as cameos in projects like "The Knick", "Meet Mario", "Papa John's" commercials, "True Crime With Aphrodite Jones", "Black Box", "Final Cut", "Plan B", and his current role in the popular web series, "Bum Rush", which is now in its second season, just to name a few. His latest is in the late 2017 independent horror film, "The Watcher of Park Ave" - starring "Highlander" star, Amanda Wyss. The film is currently in theatres and working its way into national and international film festivals.

The 30 minute slot gave attendees as well as fans around the world an insight into the Ontario, Canada independent platinum artist's life, career and direction, and also talks about how she started writing custom love songs for fans. NIGHT AND BLUR

Also known as the BBS, The Bilinda Butchers are one of the most innovative independent bands dream pop music has seen for a very long time. With their utterly infectious sound - a colorful, intoxicating blend of light and dark ambiences and tones, electronic and organic rock infusions, scrumptuous pop synths and sweet melodies, they have built an independent career most bands would envy and garnered a huge following that includes a significantly large number of Vinyl music fans around the world. Known to perform regularly on their local scene in San Francisco, USA where the trio was born, they've also toured Asia where they have become quite popular and have recently completed a US tour. Their latest project, "Night And Blur" was announced earlier this year and is due to be released anytime now.

INDEPENDENT ARTISTS RISING FAST

Over the past few years, Miami, US independent music fans have had the pleasure of watching as Jamaica born Miami reggae artist, Honorebel single-handedly make a name for himself as one of the hardest working and successful independent musians in the region. Having released records featuring international acts like Rihanna, Akon, Flo Rida, Snoop Dogg and a host of other top music acts, he's no stranger to the charts, however, his collaborations with Miami international dancehall artist, Pitbull seem to always do particularly well. Their first collaboration, "Now You See It" which also featured the Jump Smokers, back in 2009 not only exceeded all expections back at the time of its release but continues to do so up till today. It currently sits at number 22 on the Billboard Charts where it has been for 3 weeks and has over 15 million views on YouTube. It was even featured on the popular cartoon series, South Park. The two top Miami dancehall artists have also recently released a new single together, "Seize The Night", which is also following suit.
