Biography:
Born in the small town of Ballarat in Victoria, Australian singer/songwriter Larissa Lambert emerges with her soulful yet soothing unique vocals. With strong influences such as Christina Aguilera, Aaliyah, Brandy and Gwen Stefani, Larissa’s raw and intimate music often explores self-expression and self-worth as she invites listeners into her personal experiences and growth through storytelling. The singer first started her journey in 2013, receiving hundreds of thousands of views on YouTube singing from her bedroom floor. Her unique tone caught the attention of a production company who then placed her into a four piece girl group called Paris Inc. that went on to compete in the Australian X Factor in 2015 & 2016. Despite the groups success, the girls went their separate ways and Larissa has since delved into her solo career catching the attention of musical legend Akon and A&R Tricia Ana. After catching the attention of GRAMMY-nominated R&B singer Jeremih, Larissa joined part of his short Australian tour in three major cities. Since coming off tour, Larissa partnered with AUS record label New Levels and released her debut single 80/20 Rule which saw commercial success within AU/NZ. Larissa’s consistent Tik Tok content saw an influx of international accounts duetting her, which led to her cover of Weak go viral. Starting in Indonesia, the full version took off and spread like a virus throughout South East Asia, resulting with a top 10 single on the Spotify global charts.
